Acceptance of Terms

Each individual may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
Keeping your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential is your own responsibility. Allowing any third party to use your account or sharing your login details is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. 250d will never ask for your password via phone, email, or chat — treat any such request as fraudulent.
User Responsibilities
While using the 250d platform, you are responsible for ensuring that all your activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. Fraudulent activity, the use of bots or automated software, system hacking, and any other form of misconduct are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, your account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken if necessary.
You are required to treat other users with respect — threats, harassment, or discriminatory remarks are punishable offences. By participating in betting or gaming, you are deemed to be acting voluntarily and with full awareness of your decisions. 250d cannot be held liable for financial losses, as gaming is an inherently risky form of entertainment and you are considered to be fully aware of the potential for loss.
Platform Usage Rules

Participating in or encouraging match-fixing or any form of manipulation is a serious offence and will be dealt with accordingly.

No financial claims will be accepted for losses resulting from temporary service unavailability. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on 250d are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits, we support popular mobile banking options including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as bank transfers. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are clearly stated in the relevant section and users will be notified in advance of any changes.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be held until the required documents are submitted. Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
250d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or failure to complete account verification. The balance of a suspended account may be held while an investigation is ongoing. If the account is cleared following the investigation, the suspension will be lifted and the balance restored.
Users may request account closure at any time. Any pending transactions will be settled and eligible balances returned before the request is processed. If a self-exclusion request is made under Responsible Gaming, the account will be automatically deactivated for the specified period and cannot be reactivated during that time.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Matters
